Replace the bezel and have the movement serviced. DO NOT POLISH ANYTHING.

i have a 1968 FF and there is a hairline crack at the 10 min marker. Since it is old, i left it. It doesn’t bother me and i want it to be original. But on a new one grab a new bezel.

If you can afford the service, just do it and enjoy the watch for many years to come. You said it all in the first sentence, you love it, now is the time to return the favour for all the enjoyment it has brought to you!

I would continue with the watch and wait till it needs service.

Chipping and dings on a tool watch don't bother me...

I would not replace the bezel for the moment. I would live with it and when I send it for a service, I would consider it. But honestly, 1850 USD for a bezel replacement, that's really expensive. And DON'T POLISH it!

It’s a tool watch, regardless of the price(insane), if the timekeeping satisfies your needs, just go and put more scratches on it, and enjoy it!

Like others have mentioned, I'd keep enjoying this nice BP with even fewer concerns than before -- these are relatively minor signs for a "tool watch," and should remind you of all the adventures you had together! ;-)
