.... that's a whole story in itself. I drove it rather illegally for a while as it was fitted with an Alfa Romeo 1600 engine. After quite a while, I started a restoration: proper twincam, chassis, doughnuts, etc. I then drove it again on some adventures like Prestcott and Le Mans. Then I sold it to fund other projects. It was great to drive, roof up, down or with hard top. Great steering and handling but a lot less feelings than with the Sprint. Also, the preciousness of the car, its rarity, its fibreglass body and thus its value was all a bit too much and took a bit of the fun away. So bye bye. My aim would be an original Seven or a Caterham again. An Elise would be good too. However, getting more mature (older?) and attracted by luxury, a Cayman could be a good option. To be followed.....
Best,
É.
