Can’t believe it’s over 20 years ago the police stopped us one night, a couple of minutes earlier the needle hit the 300 kph mark ... just ... we pulled over at a gas station ... and suddenly police cars everywhere. We got off with a warning and a good la...  

He had several Ducatis an Subarus but he had a serious health issue. He is better now but had to sell all his stuff and built a new house. A few years ago he was able to buy a nice oldskool Subaru again, now unable to work so he always tells me he doesn’t... 

One of my dream cars growing up... many of my friends wanted Lambos, if wanted the Prancing Horse....

He was very careful telling this to me, lots of people suddenly get very very jealous. I remember one day we arrived at the gym, a guy i was always talking to never spoke to me afterwards 🙄. While on the road most other road users were smiling, letting us... 

Those “reactions” ——— come with the “territory,” if you are confident, then why not? But you know? There is someone who always wants to “one up” you, that’s life. In the end, for me, I just wish everyone the best 😁😁😁😁

All this computer this lunch control that... Airbags. Just silly gizmos. What ever happen to a good engine and gear box that constantly reminded you that it could kill you anytime? Those were the days.... The kids today will never understand

I think most kids and younger people don’t have a clue about cars. The 1988 Peugeot weighs 810 kilos and has 85 hp. No ABS, ESP etc ... No power steering. No fuel injection, carburettors with a manual choke. No safety devices whatsoever, tin can crash pro...  

I found out the A110 can be a snappy beast as well; probably not as forgiving as my Megane or Clio which are relatively easy to correct.

I tried it a couple of times and decided it was totally useless on my BMW and the Megane ... even on the Alpine it just ruins the clutch !

Those Subarus really had character, big balls needed in case of emergencies like understeer .. only solvable by just putting the throttle down. I know many guy having BIG understeer in a Scooby and keeping their foot off the throttle .. result, frontwheel...

He also loves the 328 .. although the 430 isn't bad either.

I always dreamt of 288. I t is not a fair comparing regular production vs limited but I can't help myself. It's my dream machine.

And there are several other high end cars both modern and classic and some in between, mostly Porsche and Ferrari. The 355s are the ones that catch my eyes every time. It could be a generational thing, or maybe they just have the best lines. I don’t know ... 

.. kind of a 'base idea' on how a sports car should look like i guess. I haven't seen one in 10 years i think ... our government killed the sports and supercars by taxing them too much.

i am very liberal. But not everybody likes it when someone can buy a great expensive car. Jealousy is the most worse behavior people can have in my opinion. So there is no understanding that 300 km/h driving is safe. Let’s have the fun on a circuit, the p...  

.. on a empty stretch of highway will be safer than on a full stretch of highway ... but i agree at those speeds it's never safe .. not even on a racetrack. On the other hand, these days i don't even feel safe doing 120 kph in nowadays crazy traffic where... 

between our countries. Not that they drive fantastic, but many things explained it. For example Italy, they drive not bad i’d experienced. I felt safe there, and i am homesick to that beautiful country. Bella Italia! ...

.. but unfortunately i have difficulties remembering the exact tone/sound. These days are gone my friend, in a couple of months i'll have a go in a 9000 rpm GT3 , but we will never experience the speeds or the continuous pace we did over 20 years ago.

I had a F355 Berlinetta, with the manual gearbox. It was an epic car that was always huge fun. I had some particularly memorable drives to race circuits early in the morning before everyone else got on the road. The sound from around 5,500 RPM to the redl...
