Someone should keep me away from auctions...

This 1986 XJ6 showed up at the local action I attend every month. It's not a car auction but occasionally a car or two are included with an estate that's being sold. Mostly old, non-collectible American cars and average daily grocery-getters and trucks. No one at this auction ever shows any interest at all in foreign cars. I didn't need another car but this was too good to pass on.
One owner, all original with 60,007 miles. Always garage kept. Other than a piece of yellow tape holding on one end of the bumper trim (just missing one bolt), the exterior looks almost new, the paint is nearly flawless. Just some extremely minor dull spots to a couple small areas on some of the chrome that should clean up to almost like new. The seats are a little aged looking, not worn, just creased a bit in some places, but conditioner should be enough to make it very presentable. Main issue is the wood dash pieces are very badly cracked with small chips flaking off and will have to be replaced. Other than that the rest of the dash looks very nice.
This will be a second daily driver for me, along with the 1994 E420. The Mercedes doesn't get driven that much since my wife's car is always at the end of the driveway. Now, with adding the Jag, I'll split usage between these two.
Of course this now makes it even harder for me to get either the 356 or MG out of the garage for Sunday drives and car shows, but this car's just such a nice survivor I think it's worth the extra effort.
I just realized, all four cars I own, two daily drivers and two collectibles, are all technically classics since even the newest, the Mercedes, is now 25 years old (time flies). I admit, I really don't care for new cars.
And if anyone has any suggestions as to the best place to purchase the dashboard wood pieces I'd appreciate it!
