Slow is in the mind of the driver
I know you are winding me up!
We have driven over 200,000 km in my Citroens, and they are fine compared to normal driving (pre-pandemic).
Now everyone in California drives like a maniac, and the speed limit of 65 mph 105 kph is the minimum! and they are too slow.
A decent condition 2CV can do 100-120 kph which is fast enough on the flat or down hill.
Now if you are talking about crossing the Sierra Nevada mountains into/out of Death Valley, or crossing the Alps, then a 2CV is SLOW no matter what engine it has. And no climate control, remember?

The only similarity is perhaps a location on the bonnet, but as the 2CV had no radiator they had to put it someplace. The Hispano-Suiza mascot is on the radiator cap and clearly resembles a stork ...

The badge seems a little 'over the top' for such a communal vehicle. No offense intended at all, the 2CV is a wonderful car (I own a Mehari, its close sibling)
