During these 3 days i had a go on following Ducatis: Panigale V4S 214 hp (280) Streetfighter V4S 208 hp (260) Streetfighter V4 208 hp (260) Multistrada 1260 GT 158 hp (230) Multistrada Enduro 158 hp Hypermotard 950 114 hp (220) Supersport S 950 110 hp No ...
But I don’t like it, it is the only Ducati,i really can’t connect with. The XDiavel on the contrary is a fun bike, looks and sits like a chopper but still gives you a lot of confidence.
Looks like you had a great time . I really like the brand and there bikes . Hope your friend didn’t had any issues, must have been a scary moment. Thanks for sharing
I tried the Multistrada 950 last year and already thought I was flying effortlessly. I can't even imagine what it must be like with double the power on tap. I am already in hot waters with the local authorities because of speeding so should I ever get a b...
Any V4 is just too much for the road, but it’s al about head to wrist coordination 😁😜. The 1103 cc V4 allows you tu use between 1 and 214 hp very easily, so it’s up to you how you wish to end up ... in jail, the graveyard or your sofa in the living room a...
That's nice bike Michael. In a year or two I'm looking at the Yamaha R6, Kawi ZX 6R or CBR 600 RR (if they are available that is). I'm an old man with an immature mind it seems. You are sensible picking something fun and comfy.
I'm a Cruiser guy at heart, and the Triumph is plenty quick. Still, I would like to make some longer rides across a few states, and a bike with some hard bags would fit the bill. I'm due for some new photos, here is one from a few weeks ago. And a rather ...
it shouldn't be a problem to master a Multistrada. My son in law had one with a lowered suspension and smaller (lower) seat. All original Ducati accessories.
I am in no way tied to Triumph, but their new Tiger 900 GT Pro is very appealing to me, and also can be ordered with a lower suspension. I bit more adventure oriented, I think I would prefer the Ducati.
with 214 hp for 174 kilos ... the Superleggerra with 234 hp for 152 kilos will be another beast. Again easier to ride i guess ... but oh so ueseless and over the top for street use .. like any bike with over 200 hp actually . I could be tempted by the V4 ...
Once you get used to it .... these modern bikes are just unbelievable. These bikes have ABS and cornering ABS which means you can actually brake extremely hard when you’re leaning in a corner .... not that i tried it 😁.
I guess the brakes will hold up very easily during street use even at speeds of up to 300 kph. Whenever i see a video of blokes going 300+ on the long stretch at Spa with these ‘roadbikes’ slamming the brakes decelerating to 80 kph over and over again ......
