During these 3 days i had a go on following Ducatis:
Panigale V4S 214 hp (280)
Streetfighter V4S 208 hp (260)
Streetfighter V4 208 hp (260)
Multistrada 1260 GT 158 hp (230)
Multistrada Enduro 158 hp
Hypermotard 950 114 hp (220)
Supersport S 950 110 hp
No need to say the bikes with over 200 hp are bonkers to ride, accelerating through the gears up to unreal speeds is fascinating, going from 5th at 14.500 rpm to 6th with full throttle (quickshift, so you don’t clutch but just slam it ino a higher gear) still gives you a serious acceleration even faster than my 280 hp Megane in first gear ... .
As always handling and braking are spot on, at one moment i slammed the brakes doing 280 kph and it felt as if i was going to fly over the handlebars or clip-ons in the case of the Panigale. All while feeling perfectly safe because even at those speeds the bike doesn’t make any strange movements and is stuck to the road as if you were going 50 kph.
Technology has come far, a 51 year OLD bloke pretending to be a MotoGP racer and getting away with it alive (and hopefully without a ticket).
Mind you all these stunts were performed on some serious safe and desolated stretches of road with no side roads ... but still quite spectacular ... in a relatively safe manner.

Again Streetfighter V4, actually to be honest this is not a bike for everybody. It gives you too much confidence ... one has to make decisions on this bike very carefully.
I think the main problem is the lack of time it comes up to speed, i estimate a 100 to 200 kph in 4 seconds or probaly less, and it does it effortlessly and very very smooth ... you can even make trajectory corrections very easily during full accelarations up to over 250 kph. Once you go over this speed with the ‘open’ Streetfighter you take too much wind, i had a mirror clapping in onto my helmet once, another time my jacket wasn’t closed properly and it blew the zipper opening it completely 😁. Oh, and don’t try to reach those speeds with an open helmet 😬.

Another rider got the fear of his life when a truck cut him and ran over his (actually my friends) bike smashing the front wheel, luckily he jumped off in time.

The bonker Hypermotard, i call it the Hooligan. This is a serious fun bike.

End of the 3 day sessions, cleaning up the bikes to be delivered to the next Ducati dealer.

Time for a beer !
Hope you guys enjoyed the stories.
