Pete is an engine builder -- by that I mean he MAKES engines, not just puts some parts together for you. He can't help himself... For example, after noticing that the cylinder spacing on a Chevy big block was almost identical to that of a Porsche 928 moto...  

Pete was at a parking lot swap meet trying to sell a trailer he had built (another project). I wasn't looking for anything in particular but had some money in my pocket. A match made in heaven! I came home with a home-built all-alloy feather-weight tear d...  

And this 2CV brought me back 25/30 years ago, and it was already an oldie !! Thank you for sharing !

The only appropriate vehicle I can imagine for this monster is a Prius.

...he could take apart an engine and rebuild it, or even convert an automatic transmission to manual, all without any reference materials. And he was stoned 24/7 to boot : )
