Here are a few:
When I was a kid, a Porsche 911 owner in our street had: HOT911. Pretty obvious I guess, but at a time when personalized plates were uncommon (mid 1970's) I thought it was pretty cool. I mean hot.
Others: RUNVS (are you envious) and BNKRPT (bankrupt).
