Great photos of what used to be a fantastic car show. Unfortunately now it's just a forecast of a foolish bleak future. We share some thoughts and observations but differ on how green
or sustainable cars (and trucks) will be if all are electric. Or that an all electric fleet of transport will be less expensive than today's high gas prices that are being manipulated to help force the conversion. Once everything from your weed whacker to your stove and your car is electric electricity will skyrocket in price due to supply and demand, especially if all of that energy is expected to come from wind turbines and solar panels. What's driving this is not a greener world it's profit and control, which is what will be sustained when choice no longer exists. But we do agree on a number of things and one is what a fantastic movie Wall-E is! Thanks for the great coverage!
Thanks for the report

I drove across Arizona to Calif today in 6 hours. We stayed on Highway 8 for 347 miles. No stops, no turns, 65-75 mph for 5 hours or so. Elevation ranging from sea level to 4500 ft back to sea level. No recharging. No worries. One tank and still have 100 ...

There is much more intensive mining for electric cars. And the mining scars the land much deeper than traditional oil drilling - I don't suppose the full effects have been calculated. The problem is that humans are way too advanced now. Before the 1940s, ...
