were BMW’s ad agency in USA that created the original idea of showcasing the cars in short film format. They wrote the original storylines and recruited the directors and then the actors. It was a brave and expensive move by the client as no one knew how well US audiences would respond.

It had actually been successfully attempted in Europe back in the 80’s by Publicis in London for Pirelli with an ad called “Double Indemnity”.
