Hot 'off the press' from earlier today during our yearly Christmas Brunch meetup. Believe it or not, there were some REAL Jaguars on the asphalt .... (tongue, cheek, firmly x) ...

the Silver Birch DB5 (all original, on red leather) owned by LONG-time member Joe who had bought the car 37 years ago ('87) for well under $20K in Cardiff, and subsequently moved to California a couple of years later, DB5 in tow. He drives the car frequen... 

From what I recall, he had paid $12K in late 1987, for the MY 1966-67 DB5 which used to be a demonstrator car, and was therefore being sold as a used car, just over 20 years old at the time.... A deal of a lifetime ........

By the way, picture number 4 is a shot of the IMMACULATE engine bay of the DB5 ........
