Mostly about the re-dialing of chronographs, dealer editions, etc. Somehow AP got away from offering at least 1 cool and unique Offshore each year.
I think the new 43mm End of Days says it all. To me, it is just another 43mm Offshore. To call it an "End of Days" watch is insulting to the original, and frankly, sad for the brand. They could have easily used the smaller dial guilloche, arabic numerals, given it a nylon kevlar velcro strap, etc. But instead, it is just an obvious color and material combination of a regular 43mm Offshore. And I do love how it looks, but to call it a "Limited Edition"? I prefer the old "LE" watches like Montoya, Barrichello, Survivor, Polaris, Grand Prix, etc.
