The watch is the consequence of the relationship I hold with a particular AP House. As soon as I learned about this watch, I signalled I was highly interested and followed up numerous times until I got a great sms saying it was waiting for me in the shop...
You never know, but these days I’d be shocked if one can walk in and just purchase a watch like this. That being said, given the price tag of the 15202PT, I wonder if it will fly off the shelves like its less expensive cousins... time will tell

Your sentiments nail it. Not a watch for every day and all outfits, but super special. I give AP a lot of credit for the "smoked dial" rage too; every brand has adopted this idea but AP makes them look amazing.

Oh I happen to know of few ...where even the buyers were in shock. But yes those instances are getting rarer ...much rarer.
