that's my point exactly. they initially told me they have senior watch makers who can fix tourby's and other complications. now they say they aren't even authorised to open up the case to flip the bezel. this is AP SINGAPORE Service center who are the supposed REGIONAL HQ for servicing AP's watches. sounds absolutely LUDICROUS. I just think they want to pull a fast one on me. Very disappointing indeed.

I would prefer they send it back if they do not think they are
qualified to flip the bezel. I would just request that they expedite the service. The last thing you want is the bezel to not be perfectly sealed. Best, JerryW

Mine has been in Switzerland for service since February this year and still waiting. Fingers crossed.
I already gave 4 AP for a full service at the Geneva boutique and I never experienced any problem.
Regarding your bezel, may be a good watchmaker could help you if you know one. The only issue is to know if he owns an AP screwdriver to achieve this job. My two cents. Best wishes Alkiro
