Two AP 125th anniversary unique pieces
To celebrate its 125th Anniversary in 2000, Audemars Piguet released a series of 125 unique pieces that would then embark on an international tour.
Each unique piece was inspired by a specific era or design relevant to the watches Audemars Piguet had produced in its 125-year history of horological excellence.
Let's have a look at two of them, which share an asymmetrical design reminiscent of the pieces made by Gilbert Albert for Patek Philippe.

I don't honestly know, my assumption would be that I'd likely prefer the triangular 59-60 piece unique, but with these kinds of watches you have to see it for yourself to truly make-up a firm opinion........ Thanks a lot for sharing with us here, cheers, ...

I think ref 5167 may be too much...
In an era where odd shaped watches are very fashionable, there is definitely some appeal in the 5167. That being said, it is certainly an odd piece, and one that will liekly draw attention. I dont think it is necessarily a comfortable watch to wear either...

Two beautiful and interesting pieces, although the first one would be a bit of a scratch magnet.
They also look like they don't wear overly large.
