You correct me -- between you and Blomman is all the history of GP. I did not keep my resources about the two GPs that I found about. I'll try to look for it again tonight. But you are probably right that they were WG.

Thanks Joe, for pulling together all that info about the AP QP. I've had similar feeling about the RO but overcame them with my two-tone, simple 3-hand model. I would add to your list of sport watches the IWC GST perpetual calendar/chrono/moon which came ...  

they have really taken up the challenge for the variety of sporty perpetual calendars. Also I give a nod to IWC & Kurt Klaus for the wonderful Da Vinci perpetual, once a part of my collection.

I love the 25820SP. The black dial is really beautiful and the SS/Pt combination is great. The case diameter of 39 mm is also better than the 41 mm of the current model, IMO. Best, Volker

The case size is just visually perfect for my wrist. I will visit the AP boutique to resize the bracelet and then we will see how it sits on my wrist with the true fit. -joe

The links can be removed with ease. I removed one of the links in the Jumbo - the watch sits brilliantly.
