The bracelet is definitely special!
But I actually am enjoying more the annual calendar complication on a rugged sports model. This and the perpetual offshore really must have shocked a lot of traditional collectors at the time of launch 30 years ago. Nice to see Patek and VC following more recently with the Overseas and the 5740. Hope that AP brings back some of these calendar / perpetual / GMT models in the offshore line in the future.

I would say that’s it quirky cool when so many offshores started to look alike. This one stands proud of its quirkiness. ☺️ I had the offshore Polaris and sold it last year. Just didn’t fit in with my desire for quiet luxury. More subtle.
