The 5740G is a lovely watch
but this AP has an enchanting moon compared to the 5740G and it is a lot more accessible and wearable in steel. If that is a week counter around the dial, that is an added bonus making this arguably a more complete perpetual calendar! And please don't get me wrong, I love all things Patek but this Royal Oak is a bit special. I would say that I prefer the movement ie the micro rotor in the 5740G and also the thickness of the Patek which is amazingly thin.
