Stephen Forsey and Robert Greubel
I also own this watch and I happened to come across this post just now. It is an excellent one and I had the dial removed as part of a customization. Here’s an interesting piece of info, both Stephen Forsey and Robert Greubel worked on this watch with Giulio Papi back when they were at Renaud et Papi in the early 90s. Stephen and Giulio worked on the movement construction and technical challenges while Robert was the project manager. Stephen shared this info with me a few years ago when I reached out to him about the watch. I thought it was amazing to know this watch and the movement was worked on by titans of the industry including the founders of Greubel Forsey.
There are a couple hallmarks on the caseback, one is a scale with 750 (I believe Swiss hallmark for gold) and there is another unidentifiable one. Are you able to see what yours is?

So did you remove the shrink wrap from yours?
I see what you mean with the volume - on the other hand if it were much louder people might get quite upset if you put in Grande Sonnerie mode! Cheers Andreas

those are standard gold hallmarks
750 for purity 18k and the Helvetia head with canton case made in {looks G for geneva}
