Something about constant differential
Greubel Forsey presented something similar.. "This new mechanism redefines the limits of timekeeping. Two inclined balances optimise performance in a stable position, while a constant spherical differential provides more steady amplitude."

The two balances are connected in solid, so the turn and behave simultaneously. Just a double wheel connected with a longer pinion. The effect is that the friction is reduced and it has a beneficial chronometric effect. No resonance here. Mo

the fact they are bound together means that any external influence affect the chronometry. they should accelerate or slow down simultaneously. still trying to figure out where is the improvement

How legible is it? It\'s no doubt a stunning piece, but I would have hoped for the movement parts between 6 and 9 o\'clock to be of a different color to allow for a better contrast with the gold hands. Hope to see it in the metal later this year.
