Great choice of strap - I've always found this particular dial on the CODE chrono to be special, given the contrasting minute and hour subdials to the seconds, as well as the ceramic mid case. Well done and well paired!! Peter

Your points are exactly the key features that I loved about this steel Code compared to the others. I’m interested to see the others, but this one was always the one for me.

I was always curious about the black strap for more “continuity” with the ceramic center and dial periphery. So it just made more sense to me.

Definitely they black strap makes the watch more serious.

...any version in steel is a great interpretation for this contemporary design (evidently polarizing). Yours with the black strap really creates a very appealing contrast.

These Codes can be addicting in their own way, but they really have to be seen in person. The introduction of steel options opens up the possibilities even more for me (although unfortunately limited by $$$). The steel is more “wearable” than the WG piece...
