When I went the other day to the boutique to pick up my new strap and my 15300 that I’d sent for basic servicing, my SA gave me this polo shirt, which was nice, and goes nicely with the black hat they’d previously given me. But he also said the leather strap is a gift as well, which was unexpected. Of course, the way my mind works, I started wondering what kind of a let-down are they getting me ready for 🤔 Regardless, the boutique staff have been courteous since day one, and I do appreciate the challenges they have in managing the many customers that come through their doors but never with anything in the displays to show them! Definitely some interesting stories they’ve shared…it’s helps one appreciate what they have. Plus, most often a gift is really just a gift.
