Beautiful watch and an incredible value. Just taking photos - I understand if there seems to be distortion with the bezel
screws, the case, and other components that make me wonder if there was a problem this model! Notwithstanding the inconsistency with the bezel screws - it doesn't matter to me - it is still an incredible watch

I have yet to see any off looking bolts on the APRO.
And relatively little misses my eyes - or so I'm told. It's a curse, nothing is perfect, and hotels look a lot dirtier in my eyes than most people's eyes. But so far, I haven't seen anything from AP Royal Oaks that cause me to worry.

But seriously, even if less than perfect, they are damn close enough!

I can say it often looks grey and blackish, and not green. Very unique dial.

As a long time owner of numerous APs I've never experienced a single case of misaligned bezel bolts. Just my $.02. M4
We can discuss anything here. But let's be as factual as possible.
To make a heavy statement like "most if not all" of the bolts are off - when you don't even own one? C'mon, man!!
So my initial explanation, when tested empirically, does show camera angle, lens distortion and light reflection could be at play.

They just go in a hex type hole and should align perfectly, on the back of the watch is where you screw go connect the bolt. I only ask they make a black ceramic 15202 with a blue tap.. dial and let me test it for 20 years. And please put in a robust move...
Agreed. That is not quite what we're talking about here.
The issue the poster raised is specific to the actual slot on the top of the bolt head. He feels that that slot is never centered correctly on the bolt head. Please see my photos above, I hope it is clear.

wrong forum again but the reason why Hublot has misaligned screws is because they use actual screws. AP uses hexbolts on the fron to mitigate the problem but on the caseback they are not aligned as well-anyway this is what I was told.

Hublot probably has 100pct misaligned screws but it's part of the charm of the brand. I don't believe AP has a patent on aligned screws so why can't Hublot do the same by having the same assembly? Cheers Peter

They don't screw them in. They drop the hex head bolt into a recessed hex cutout.
Then a special female type screw attaches from the back side, over the hex bolt. So hex head bolt cannot rotate in its hex shaped recess, so precise tightening happens from the female screw on back. This thread is not at all about the alignment of the bol...
