Honestly AP Good looking but Service is the worst

My time piece bought in 2014, sent for repair twice (NYC in 2015 under a 3 year Warranty...charged???, why ....& in London 2017...gratis...) packed off, again.
Realy...?
The watch obviously has an issue....
Delivered to Sloane Square in London,again over a month back & have no news on the status.
Have called AP Sloane Square several times who have no idea on what is the story as the Associate is on leave (sic...for over a month??) AP Sloane Sq should close down....sorry
AP, in my books..... good looking watch, worst to perform & terrible service
Never again. Stick with Patek
