Good idea, but I would think...
They would look at past history and maybe make the connection themselves. I’m not the type to beg or act the fool. I just won’t do business with them again or recommend their products or service. Recently, my friend wanted my advice on a new purchase. He was considering an AP, but I told him to go with Patek. So he just ordered the World Timer instead of what he was considering. I’ll post pics next week when I see him. Anyway, that’s the way the world works. Each person like me is a web, so customer service counts.

I've owned the watch.
And I miss it. Spent many Caribbean gigs with her on the wrist, no issues at all. In fact, I'm trying to find one to "have it back". Feel for your nightmarish experience, though. All the best!

You are absolutely right. Service counts. btw Patek fails are plenty too - Try sending one for service. AP turnaround times and customer interaction most times is much much better.
