As the minute markers would all have been applied at the same time using an automated application I would assume that the the applied indices at 12.00 have been added very slightly out of alignment. If it;s talking to you all the time then I would speak w...

Check if this is common with AP and the model involved. But since all the hour markers have asymmetrical distance to minute markers, maybe it\'s intentional.
