My PERFECT Experience with Lange Service
I see a few posts with "bad" experiences. I don't see them as "bad" since it's not as if the watch was repaired and came back faulty. I know and have experienced issues like this with other brands. The posts I see are just frustration posts but that is my opinion.
For me Lange US has been nothing but PERFECT in every sense.
From addressing the issue, fixing it on or before the estimated time and the watch coming back home to me in PERFECT condition as if it just left Dresden.
I have faith that any Lange service center will take care of all of the customers needs and make sure the watch is in perfect working order with every issue taken care of.
My TZ was looked at and given a clean bill of health from Alkis as I jumped the gun and thought something was wrong with it. My wifes Saxonia needed minor TLC and again Lange US (Alkis) took care of all of my concerns.
Good luck and if there are any issues speak with your local service center, I am sure you will be taken care of as Lange definitely is there for it's clients.

maybe overlooked as this thread spins out of control, that is perhaps the best combo of his/hers watches that I have ever seen. RG/anthracite is such a great combination (and particularly suits the L1 TZ so well). Problem is that I bet your wife now wants...

of "perfect" and "bad". Otherwise you may become victimized by my semantic analysis and homespun philosophy. Example: I went to this fancy restuarant. The service was perfect, but the kitchen was bad. Or the other way around. Which would ruin your evening...
