Alkis and Stacy are top notch, and I personally have had nothing but great experiences from Lange North America.

Always a treat to see your beautiful pair of RG Anthracite Langes Henry. Moreover, it is refreshing to hear positive experiences on the brand we all know and love. Although I have yet to meet Alkis, it is nice knowing there is a passionate Lange rep behin...

As we have seen, there will be positive and negative service experiences from any brand. And those unhappy will always be more prone to vent their frustration. I have shared positive experience like yours in regard to Lange service. And Alkis in in NY is ...

maybe overlooked as this thread spins out of control, that is perhaps the best combo of his/hers watches that I have ever seen. RG/anthracite is such a great combination (and particularly suits the L1 TZ so well). Problem is that I bet your wife now wants... 

of "perfect" and "bad". Otherwise you may become victimized by my semantic analysis and homespun philosophy. Example: I went to this fancy restuarant. The service was perfect, but the kitchen was bad. Or the other way around. Which would ruin your evening...
