I see a few posts with "bad" experiences. I don't see them as "bad" since it's not as if the watch was repaired and came back faulty. I know and have experienced issues like this with other brands. The posts I see are just frustration posts but that is my opinion.

For me Lange US has been nothing but PERFECT in every sense.

From addressing the issue, fixing it on or before the estimated time and the watch coming back home to me in PERFECT condition as if it just left Dresden.

I have faith that any Lange service center will take care of all of the customers needs and make sure the watch is in perfect working order with every issue taken care of.

My TZ was looked at and given a clean bill of health from Alkis as I jumped the gun and thought something was wrong with it. My wifes Saxonia needed minor TLC and again Lange US (Alkis) took care of all of my concerns.

Good luck and if there are any issues speak with your local service center, I am sure you will be taken care of as Lange definitely is there for it's clients.

Here are the 2 current Langes of my household.

... that Alkis is perfect.     As I have expressed here many times, he and Stacy is the reason why my Lange collection and my desire to explore into the watch world grew.  I simply wish every brand had service person like him and moreover he were here.

Alkis and Stacy are top notch, and I personally have had nothing but great experiences from Lange North America.

All experiences are always subjective....

Always a treat to see your beautiful pair of RG Anthracite Langes Henry. Moreover, it is refreshing to hear positive experiences on the brand we all know and love.

Although I have yet to meet Alkis, it is nice knowing there is a passionate Lange rep behind the North American distribution ensuring all is running well and smooth.

....  It is time for what I'm sure is the silent majority to voice out their great experience with ALS.

As we have seen, there will be positive and negative service experiences from any brand.  And those unhappy will always be more prone to vent their frustration.  I have shared positive experience like yours in regard to Lange service.  And Alkis in in NY is a pleasure to work with, and one of the brand's greatest assets.

Hope to see more anth. dials in the future.  I can get used to that trend.

And although i have never met Alkis before in person, i believe that i would have liked him very much!

Just as much as my watch manager back in Japan Kosugi San!

As i mention before in my thread, i have no doubt that many had great service experience from Lange. I also admire their watch makers and the finishing of their watchs. I think Akis has done a tremendous job in the USA, my respect to him.

I never said the world is perfect. Maybe if you read the post again you can see this. I said I had a PERFECT Service experience with Lange US, not any other service center.

Second I wrote this:

My dear iceman, I know the world isn't perfect and never wrote that. Try to read the post again and live with it.

What i mean was you are incapable of accepting anything less than PERFECT from Lange .Your Perfect experience with lange gives you the right to make my experience obselete?????? Is Lange so PERFECT that they are not capable of making a mistake???? Pls answer these questions????

Btw i understand you have gotten a response from Lange, how are you with them now? Satisfied, or still have major issues?

maybe overlooked as this thread spins out of control, that is perhaps the best combo of his/hers watches that I have ever seen.  RG/anthracite is such a great combination (and particularly suits the L1 TZ so well).  Problem is that I bet your wife now wants another Lange.
