I chose the boutique edition. Legibility was not my biggest issue, but it was one of a few factors. The major difference to me was how gorgeous the blue numbers shown against the silver/white dial.

I hope you get to see one in person to judge for yourself. I just know that I get that elusive, visceral feeling when I’m wearing it and glance under my cuff at that dial. That’s a feeling and a connection I get with only a few select pieces. I didn’t expect it to surpass the feelings I get when I wear my 5070G, but in all honesty it has made me consider selling the 5070.

It is an amazing piece of horology...but legibility can be quite bad, and that is unfortunately a deal breaker for me My only advice: try both if you can

While back I looked at those 2 watches as well. The black dial is incredibly powerful, more so then the argent dial. But, there is always a but, the light dial is, if I am not mistaken, a more limited or boutique only version thus theoretically lower prod...
