That is all true! I put the watches in the winder, if i do it, with half spring after 24 hours resting. Not from the wrist directly to the winder.

The response was essentially don’t worry about it, you can’t damage the watch by “over-winding”. I use the watch every other day and I think resetting it several times a week could be worse.
Why not follow the manufacturer suggestion?

I have a b&z winder (best winders imo), most PP calibers are 650 turns counterclockwise. That’s what I use for my 5396. I also have it on sleep from 22:00 to 8:00 the following day, done it for years and never had any problems. Best

you are best to have the winder Work bidirectional to simulate wrist wear- also set the sleep time to the max to simulate overnight and no wear. Anyone agree with this?

1.5 TPM is 90 per hour and 720 for the first 8 hiur cycle. It then rests 8 hours so afyer 16 hours there are 720 turns. It then runs for another cycle of 8 hiurs which is 720 which makes 1440 in 24 hours but then i cant add....
