Hope they find a suitable replacement. No disrespect, but if JCB decides not to replace, but run the show himself, I can't say I would be comfortable. JFD has done a tremendous job, not only by increasing sales, but also earning back the respect for the manufacture.

... I think he very well knows how to handle a company tradition, but to also make it fit for the challenges of a modern business. Not that I have the impression that a lot has to be changed of the course steered by Dufour. Marcus
