I don't feel for this one
I can't quite explain. I like what Zenith is doing these past few years, but as a brand, I find maybe less than 10% of their watches hugely desirable and highly attractive.
What keeps me devoted is that once in a while they come up with something great, like the Academy CC, the Striking 10th, the Type 20 Special. Most of their collections fail to stir my soul. There is something aesthetically not right about the dial layout on this one, but I can't quite explain. The whole watch does not come together nicely in my opinion. That said, I think from the sound of it, I am a minority. The 410 will be hugely popular, and I think this version is nicer than the limited slate grey dial we saw late last year.

style-wise, the 410 is part of the Captain series, and there, the chronographs never had overlapping subdials. We also have to differ: ON the Striking 10th, the overlpping subdial has no functional disadvantage. Also, on the historical timepieces, the ove...
