PP, 1938 exactly i believe. i used to have all 3 models in a past life
the Longines, the Lemania and the Eterna, all issued to Czech pilots working with the RAF. the Longines is actually the most common even theough the most collectable. a lovely piece. i see these posts and instantly regret selling them, but then i have to think that you cant keep everything and they went to good homes where they are still treaured.

Hi Filip, Pleased you had a good experience in the 120d. I think the chassis and drivetrain in the 1 Series, even the convertible, is very well sorted. I even prefer this to the 3 Series, which is my daily car. Very direct steering, and a lot of feedback....
