After seeing all SIHH rich announcements I'm on a very humble mood. Nothing better than a Sinn U2 to express this: I let this Sinn go on a trade but I feel bad and I was able to acquire it again. It makes the perfect beater. The case can stand ... a war. ...  

. . . U2 and war brings . . . . . . this album to mind! Sinns are damn fine watches. There was a time when a 756S was high on my list, but I drifted towards vintage Omega chronos before pulling the trigger on one. ...  

......but going with the theme of seafare.... ...  

. . . who wore a SeaDweller. She became a past acquaintance after I became aware of her ten cats, all of which were black. When the phrase 'cat lady' was coined, they had her in mind. :-)

. . . and attractive, too . . . Italian stock, resembled Sophia Loren. I was really taken by her wearing a SD . . . it wasn't an affectation - she wore it daily. Too bad about my allergies ;-) . . .

.....my wife loves her Rolex....and yes there is something ...je ne sais quoi.... about a pretty woman with a Sub on her wrist. Now the next question is; was it a 1665 or 16660 or more modern?

ah mr Epilogue, the words should be 'nice watch' or 'nice bum'. you have to be specific :) you could of course have said 'you are a very beautiful young woman, made all the more beautiful because of the watch you wear'. best to you from the south of engla...

almost Dali like how the dial "melts" under the plexi. Once again I am impressed with your choice of strap. I like the cut grove between the edge and the stitching which adds something very vintage to it. What is the leather? Look almost like elephant... ...

I would say this is a humble steel chronograph, but it is a lovely watch to wear. The water lilly is my own 'stinking corpse flower' equivalent. The plant has been in my pond for 10 years and I can only recall it flowering on 2 previous occasions. Andrew ...

after your exchange of posts with Damjan above, I think you now prove them very wrong! :) I did indeed share an old photo today which I have posted earlier (much earlier). The backdrop is a hand printed raw silk sari, I picked up in India. Very difficult ...
