...well, actually old and newer since the second one's from the '80s...so not really so new. The bubbleback is from '41....

This was handed down from Dad . . .
. . . who, in turn, received it from his brother in 1956. I'd say that makes it a keeper for sure!

Actually, yes! All three hands . . .
. . . were corroded when Dad handed the Longines over, so I had them polished and rhodium plated when the movement was serviced. Funny thing - it's been in my possession for seven years, and it wasn't until just now that I noticed the reflective property ...
