At normal hair spring , When balance turn right , hair spring is going to be close
And when balance turn left ' hair spring is going to be open
It mean Turn right , turn left. It is not same
If balance fix middle of hair spring ..
When turn right , Half is going to be close &half is going to be open
When turn left half is going to be open &half is going to be close
I am not sure. This. Idea is right. Or not
