While big events like this are nice...
I much prefer smaller scale ones with fellow collectors.
I still need to spend some time with the QdI in a more favorable lighting environment that what was on offer at the IAC before I sort out my feelings for this watch.

Looks like it was a very interesting event. I like the case shape but the see through dial still feels to modern for my tastes. I'm sure you had a great time and thanks again for bringing the launch event to those of us that could not attend. Best regards...

Seems it was a very interesting event with great people attending! As for the Quai de L'Ile watch, I'll have to do my homework, as I still don't know what to really think about it. I will ask the Book, to see if I can solve my problem with this watch...LO...
