Thanks for the peek.
That sure was a big crowd -- no wonder that you had to say, "What?" a lot. 
What did you think of the readability of the dial? Maybe it's age but I'm finding more difficult reading see-through dials these days. Cool "designer feature" but frankly, the demographic of potential buyers at this price point would be.....er.....more mature folk with similar optical difficulties as I have......

Looks like it was a very interesting event. I like the case shape but the see through dial still feels to modern for my tastes. I'm sure you had a great time and thanks again for bringing the launch event to those of us that could not attend. Best regards...

Seems it was a very interesting event with great people attending! As for the Quai de L'Ile watch, I'll have to do my homework, as I still don't know what to really think about it. I will ask the Book, to see if I can solve my problem with this watch...LO...
