On reading the dial....
as I mentioned above, I'd like to spend some time with the watch in a more real world lighting environment. That said, and with my limited time with the watch, I think that reading time is not a problem with this watch, especially with the simple model. Reading the day-date functions on the complicated model is more challenging (but then that model has the more interesting view through the dial with the bridge and calendar wheels).

Looks like it was a very interesting event. I like the case shape but the see through dial still feels to modern for my tastes. I'm sure you had a great time and thanks again for bringing the launch event to those of us that could not attend. Best regards...

Seems it was a very interesting event with great people attending! As for the Quai de L'Ile watch, I'll have to do my homework, as I still don't know what to really think about it. I will ask the Book, to see if I can solve my problem with this watch...LO...
