Imagine
a long hunt, a lot of adventures and in the end, that on your wrist
That is good to hear

I recently had an excellent regular complete service performed on one of mine, and VC did a superb job (thank you Eduardo at the NY Boutique!), so I have not doubt that they can fix any problems that may arise. Best, respo
Yes, Radek, sadly...

...my posts from here on in are from my prison cell. They caught me just as I was passing across the VC Boutique threshold with the Pt. PT strapped firmly to my wrist. Gray is my mood. Now I have only handcuffs on my wrists. :-( That is the reason for the...
Thanks, Dean

I have tried on the CR 1907 in the past, and it is very comfortable with quite a lot of presence on the wrist. It is the dial that is showstopper here. 4Js spent a bit more time with that one on our tour this time, so maybe he will chime in. Yes, the AP Q...
Dean, the watch is fantastic

I have several wrist scans but I'm on iPad right now. The dial is killer. Just as good as my Lange Anniversary. From my perspective I would love to have the VC to complement the Lange. I also wished I could see the boutique only platinum version. It is co...
Excellent, Robert!

Some stunning pieces. Now I see I will have a choice to make between the 1972 which I love and the Patr. Trad. which looks fantastic. I will be in NYC this weekend (weather permitting) and will try to get to the Boutique. Thanks for some great watch porn ...
Look closely

Respo and myself found the hands on the PT PT far superior to the 1972. From my perspective, the PT is a much better value. I loved the shape of the 1972 on the wrist. If this watch had improved hands and if it were guilloche versus printing, we would hav...
No, Joseph

dial is printed in both versions. The finish and frosting on the PT PT hands is to die for. 1972 hands are plain Jane, no contrast. I would be interested to see the boutique only 1972, just to compare. It was not availalbe yet. Also, I did not like the co...
Thanks Joe

I did some further checking and you are correct about the dial. It is not guillochéd, which is disappointing. However, it does look quite good nevertheless. I see what you mean about the hands too. Hmmm...maybe it's time to reconsider the Aronde :-) All t...
Thank You Robert !

THe 1972 is to die for on your wrist. The Pt Patrimony seems to be really nice too I agree, more calssical though. Was there the "lips" 1954 rectangular watch? Another fabulous rectangular watch imho. cheers Francois
There was one in the case

But I got no photos of the Aronde 1954. Another of my oversights, Francois. I am with you in your admiration for that watch. I wish there were a white metal version of the Aronde beyond the very limited edition for the Japanese market. That might prove to...
