Hi guys : centimeters away from pulling the trigger on this watch. Just wanted some feedback on the model & pricing. As the title says it's a perpetual calendar with chrono. Retail was 70K in 2011-12 buying for 30K. Would love some feedback on the movemen...  

all I can say is WOW! its a tried and tested movement that VC has been using for decades so no issues on that front. And its a gorgeous watch!!

My only hesitation would be whether I'd tire of the red accents, and whether the F. Piguet movement is special enough for me. Nothing wrong with that movement AT ALL. It's thin, seemingly reliable, and fairly widely used by Blancpain, Vacheron and I belie... 

I have considered another version of the same watch for the longest time. In the end I didn't pull the trigger because I was afraid that the thick hour and minute hands will at times block the reading of calendar sub-dials, effectively making the perpetua...

It\'s rare it have a perpetual calendar chronograph in a steel watch and to have it in the Overseas is ubër cool. The red accents pop and especially with the red underside of the strap. Very cool. I have actually had people tell me it\'s the most beautifu... 

it's too bad the papers aren't with it, but I would still move ahead on it. You should plan on a service, as it is now 5 years old. Bill
