Bad experiences
When you be treaded like a nono, it lays at the shop employers have no watch passion.
Maybe they have good education, they do not like watches.
My experiences are mixed.
I had wonderful moments when buying a watch, and also disappointing situations.
Sometimes you be treaded like a king, and at other AD’s they look you out of the door.
I literary stand with a bag of money and decide that their attitude deserve not me as a customer, and at one AD i wish everyone must know that topnotch AD sells great watches with a professional customer friendly treatment by the employers.
Independent AD’s with owners with a passion for watches and jewelry.
I was treaded like a king at a Frederique Constant AD,
They are Breitling AD too. So if i decide to buy a Breitling, i go back to them.

Thank you Jon, sadly the same with other Richemont brands, and Omega is not better(they lost my watch), so that’s the reason why I’m a die hard Rolex fan.
