I have just received by Vacheron Constantin HISTORIQUES AMERICAN 1921 and wow 👏💥 what a watch. I tried the than Rose Gold Hitoriques in 2015 and even the New York Limited Edition but, for a reason or another, I didn't go for it. My brother got the RG and ...  

with it, tried it and saw it many times but never pulled the trigger, white gold + low euro made it perfect

was really nice to see both the LF and the VP in live pics. If I will go for the LF in the future will also be the classic but so far am super happy with the VC!

So I see you solved your VC vs LF dilemma pretty quickly. And with great success, I must add. Enjoy!

I went for the 40mm that doesn't wear big at all. It is true that square/cushion watches wear bigger but not this one becaue of the height being just 7.4mm. It wears much smaller than a Panerai 42mm as a comparison. I think it is very versatile in terms o... 

Thanks for detailed reply, agreed that it is quite unique, and the thinness and Geneva seal are additional value for sure. Also agree that certainly many a strap would fit it very well. Something to look at in more details during the next visit to the bou...

I've seen a lot of pictures of this VC (of course) but never before have I notised that the small seconds isn't angled like the rest of the dial, but vertical in the "normal" way. Can't believed I missed that! ☺️

Becoming quintessential representation of VC. I have pined for one for awhile. The not wearing dressy watches much plus different orientations of the time and seconds dials has given me pause. That being said about once a month I try to convince myself I ...

I saw your notification via email and initially I misread that it took you 6 months to get used to it ! I love the OEM strap ..fits very well

And yes i love the brown strap - super comfortable. Enjoy yours !

I also learned that it prevents water from getting in through the crown when caught in a rain if worn on left wrist. Definitely unique like no other. Loving it.
