1940s or 50s???
i just got this watch. i am not a collector (might become one!) and the numbers inside are: 447856 and 2871c3. i was told this is a "50s" watch, but is it 40s based on these numbers?

yes, it is a rose gold case and face. It actually looks more rose in person. i will take some pictures of the interior. Thanks for the feedback. One other quick question. Should i put a cross rose buckel on this watch if i can get one?
