Wonderful classics and story ....
... First of all, I really love the couple of classic chronographs. They represent the era when UN was famous for its finely finished wristwatch chronographs (without, though, ever building an own chronograph movement for wristwatches). They are both wonderful.
Thanks, too, for the great story about your wife's Dual Time. My wife has the same, and, unfortunately, until now I failed to awaken her conscience for the fact that there are times for nice everyday watches, and times for more rugged, sportive timepieces. She says she wants to wear the pice she likes best all the time - a simple logic that beats all of my explanations. I sometimes suspect she is not treating it as well as it should be treated, so when knowing she will be heavily involved in dog sports competitions again, I would quietly place a simple and rugged rubber-strap Porsche Design watch on her breakfast table place; not always successfully, I have to add.

I had the same experience with my Freak. Funny, I gave to my wife the U.N San Marco GMT, the same than the one you posted in your 3rd picture! I love a lot the grey black Chrono with the 2 counters. Nice collection. Best, Nicolas
