Hi! Has anyone experienced this? Just took out my maxi marine hammerhead from the watchbox after some time and i am seeing this. I am not happy about it. Any idea please what it might be? Thanks, Adam ...

there are a couple explanations, neither of which is dangerous. Rubber is porous, so if you took that strap diving or to the pool, water may have collected in there (tiny amounts) and come out via evaporation onto the surface. The other possibility is tha... 

As was suggested above, there are many possible explanations, none of them is dangerous or indicates a degradation of the material. I would simply wipe it off. I have several of these straps on my UN diver, one of them having been replaced many years ago....
