Since Ulysse Nardin itself agreed not to interfere with the moderator's tasks here in the forum, it would also be fair to contact the moderator by private message PRIOR to publish complaints that can be read by a worldwide audience. I know that UN does really care about their customers, and normally goes very far to satisfy them. I do of course not imply that your side of the story is incomplete, faulty or compromised anyhow else. However, it would be fair to give me the possibility to ask them for their comments.
Therefore, I ask you to give me the chance to clarify this issue more privately first.
