A Ulysse Nardin Split-Second Chronograph

This Split-Seconds Chronograph has a 39.7 x 14 x 45.5 mm pink gold case and a cream dial.

It is powered by one of the now legendary vintage Venus 179 split-seconds calibers found and used in the early 90s by a few manufacturers including Ulysse Nardin, Girard-Perregaux, Daniel Roth, and Panerai.

It is believed that only 30 timepieces were made by Ulysse Nardin each numbered on its dial (allegedly in the following way, but it's far from being certain and I've seen examples online that clearly contradict it: numbers 1 to 10 in white gold, 11 to 20 in yellow gold, and 21 to 30 in pink gold). Also, if there were some platinum examples remain to be explored and discovered, apparently. Anyway, the present pink gold example is nยฐ 27.

A watch that it is quite difficult not to like, imo.

Best, Emmanuel
